Commercial Manager – Automotive Sector
Meet sales targets, as per company’s commercial strategy for the sector
Comply with all policies and procedures established for the Sales function
Serve as point of contact between Fynotej and the market, bringing in an integral and accurate market perspective for the automotive segment regarding size, opportunity, competitors, trends and relevant initiatives
Provide support to other areas of the Company (Manufacturing, Product Development, Quality Assurance) in development of new projects, products and programs with automotive customers.
Required profesional profile includes:
B.S. degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, similar)
At least 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry in Mexico as well as related (Tier 1/Tier 2) industries, (required) in the commercial function.
Experience working with Tier 1 buyers in the automotive industry in Mexico (At least 5 years)
At least 10 years’ experience in sales of highly specialized products
Knowledge of non-woven textile fibers and their applications in the automotive industry
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly familiar with quality certification processes of parts and components for the automotive industry
Very effective Communication
Strong Influence without Authority
Advanced fluency in english- capable of Business conversations
